The KBRF-250 is a Radio Frequency Interference (RFI) filter designed to suppress electrical noise generated by motor speed controls, including systems using SCRs, transistors, PWM, and inverters. These systems often generate high-frequency switching noise, which can:

• Radiate from wires acting as antennas.

• Cause interference in sensitive electronics, especially in the AM radio band (0.5 MHz – 1.5 MHz).
