Delivery & Title
All orders are shipped FOB point of shipment from KB-Controls.com/Power Transmission Specialties Local facility. Products will be shipped via UPS (or other like carrier when necessary), unless requested otherwise by Customer. For priority or overnight deliveries, please so indicate when ordering. KB-Controls.com/Power Transmission Specialties will make commercially reasonable efforts to deliver products in accordance with Customer's requested delivery date(s). Customer acknowledges that delivery dates provided by KB-Controls.com/Power Transmission Specialties are estimates only - not a warranty or guarantee -- and that KB-Controls.com/Power Transmission Specialties will not be liable for failure to deliver product on such dates. Customer requests to reschedule delivery dates are subject to acceptance by KB-Controls.com/Power Transmission Specialties in its sole discretion.
Returns Policy
KB-Controls.com/Power Transmission Specialties, Inc. offers a limited* 30-day return policy on most parts. There will be a restocking fee on all returned or refused goods. Returns are only accepted on unused, not mounted, power has not been applied & restockable as brand new goods. All items must be original packaging and shipped inside another box, with sufficient packing material.
After 30 days there are no returns on any items. If free shipping was offered on any items, the customer will now be responsible for the cost of the initial shipping in addition to the restocking fee. The restocking fee varies by manufacturer and part. Certain products are considered "custom parts" and are completely non-returnable and non-cancelable after the factory order is placed.
If you observe that the box in which your items arrived in appears damaged by the shipping provider, you must contact us immediately upon receipt so we can arrange an on-site evaluation by our Shipping Provider.
An RMA number is required for all packages shipped to KB-Controls.com/Power Transmission Specialties, Inc. by a customer, or the package will be refused automatically by our receiving department. To get an RMA number, please contact our customer service at 800 542-4058 or email us for RMA.
Customer must obtain a returned material authorization number ("RMA No.") from KB-Controls.com/Power Transmission Specialties before returning any product eligible for return. No return of eligible products will be accepted by KB-Controls.com/Power Transmission Specialties without a return material authorization number (RMA No.), which will be issued at KB-Controls.com/Power Transmission Specialties sole discretion. Special order products may not be returned for any reason if non-defective. All authorized returned products must be unused and re-saleable, not mounted or electricity applied to the drive/control. It must also be returned in original shipping cartons and must be complete with all packing materials. If returned products are claimed to be defective, Customer must notify a Customer Service Representative of the nature of the defect prior to returning the product. All warranty items will be sent back to the factory to determine if the product is under the manufactured warranty. All items not eligible for return will be returned to customer, transportation costs collect. Product returned to KB-Controls.com/Power Transmission Specialties by Customer for no fault of KB-Controls.com/Power Transmission Specialties may be subject to a restocking/handling fee & Rebox fee.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
We are not responsible for any Tariff Charges that are applied to International Shipments. It will be the receiver's responsibility to pay all Taxes & Fees.
